The tracking states my order has been delivered, but I don't have it! Now what?

On occasion we have found that our customers orders are left with a neighbour, in a postbox or sometimes in a safe place. Australians are a friendly helpful bunch and we recommend you ask around.

Should you not be able to find it, we kindly request you contact Australia Post to request an investigation of the whereabouts.

Should AusPost deem your parcel LOST, they will supply you with a reference number which you can send to us and we will refund or reship.
