How do I return my order or mask?

To be eligible for a refund your mask must be unused, unopened and be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used or opened due to obvious hygiene reasons.

Unused masks can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any item not in its original packaging, or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

If you have a defective or damaged mask due to our error, then we will happily exchange it for a new one. By purchasing, you agree to our returns policy.


  1. Email your Full Name and Order number to
  2. For exchanges please include details of the exchange reason in your email.
  3. Ship your return to PO Box 2846 Seaford VIC 3198.
  4. You will be notified via email when we receive your items.

Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method used.

Please note, after refunds have been issued on our end, they can still take up to 5 business days to hit your account.
